New Tudor Pelagos and Heritage Black Bay

Now that’s what I call decent lugs! As already mentioned before, the new Tudors at Basel 2012 where an instant hit! VERY well done Davide & Philippe, I admire the new identity, great eye for detail, heritage design and new improvements ( like automatic expandable bracelet ). Once Geneva will add a Tudor manufacture movement, the brand will be a winner!

New Tudor Black Bay (reincarnation of the Big Crown ) next to a 1956 Rolex Big Crown

Gilt print with a decent minute track.. Revival of vintage, except the flaw in design by using the snowflake hands. Besides it’s mixing heritage details, by using ‘snow flake’ hands on a dial with the round shaped luminous index,  resulting in a miss match the square hands add design wise, imho 😉

Domed sapphire crystal, nice!…

Quite fat, almost big block measurements. A new Tudor caliber could make it more elegant and more comfortable to wear..
